Apartment La Residenza: on first floor for 6/7 persons, with living, fireplace and sofa-bed, separate kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, terrace.

Final cleaning: to pay compulsory in loco each flat Euro 40,00.
Deposit: to pay compulsory in loco and returnable at the end of stayng Euro 100,00.
Obbligatory ticket: to pay in loco Euro 100,00 each week each flat, including beach umbrella with 2 deckchair, trasfer from residence to lido and viceversa, soft-ball, tennis, "bocce", swimming pool, children park.
Distance from the sea: 900 mt.
Distance from the center: 800 mt.
Starting / end of period: 17:00 of the arrival day / within 10:00 of departure day.
